What do you think first If you're like most people, you're likely thinking about what's on your schedule for the day. You may feel frustrated about going to a job you hate. Maybe you're stressed about a big presentation. Or maybe you're excited to spend time with your family or work on a project you love.






What is the last thing my customers think about at night Now, think about how you usually feel at the end of the day. Rather than thinking about the micro events of your next day, nighttime thoughts tend to occur on a macro level. You're not thinking about your planner schedule. You're wondering if you're happy with your life or if you need to make changes to everything from your social life to your career and more. Why The "why" question is a bit vague. People have different reasons for making choices and having the feelings they have. But digging into this question is what makes this exercise so powerful.
